Note:

The area you hit on the dart board is not in service and there is no new number (a flashback from my days at the phone company). Perhaps your dart hit a wire or the rim of the board (or just one of the unused numbers). Try hitting the "back" button, then click a dart board section number that matches one of the topics shown to the left of the board.
